The Sumner Rodeo Co. has been owned & operated since 1990 by Phil Sumner of Goltry, Oklahoma. Phil has been involved with rodeo and rodeo productions at all levels of competition. His rodeo company has been directly responsible for the making of numerous broncs and bulls that have gone on to gain notoriety at the top of rodeo competition both in PRCA and PBR events.
